A leading pair in the business
Both businesses are managed by Ivan and Katy, two partners in life and in business. Both Italians fell under the spell of the Swiss Valais in 1999 and have never left. They set up le Moon and took over le Plaza in keeping with their style: warm, authentic and festive.
